Join the Collective
So you came to the right place if you’re looking for a great place to work, to learn, and meet a lot of nice people. We are a Collective and as such, we are looking for those special someones to join us. Take a look at our Core Values on our About Us page, if you believe in those, then let’s meet!
Here’s some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to help you decide whether we should dance or not…
Is joining Collective Solution Right for you?
We’re sure you are looking at a lot of different options and if you have experience in the BPO/Call Center industry, we know you what to expect. At our heart, we believe in the CS Family and our culture derives from that center. We believe in the Golden Rule, treat others the way you want to be treated and to really celebrate teamwork and have fun (a Core Value). Not convinced yet? We encourage you to take a look at our Facebook pages by searching for Collective Solution and selecting your site of interest.
Do I need prior BPO or Call Center experience?
No, you do not need prior BPO or call center experience. However, we are looking for people who have worked in professional environments, can learn quickly, and adapt to change and pressure situations.
What are some of the benefits of working for Collective Solution?
Collective Solution has a lot of benefits from flexible hours, attendance bonuses, Collective Solution University online courses, and crowd pleasing activities like company outings, sports competitions, and wacky days. And while many other call centers have lots of activities, you’ll just have to see how we do it at CS!
But can I build a career here?
Absolutely, we pride ourselves on having many managers who have been with us since our beginnings, whether that was over 15 years ago in the Philippines or 7 years ago in Honduras; Jamaica is a little early, but we bet we’ll have a lot of long timers in no time.
If Collective Solution were a person, what would be its turn-ons?
Thanks for asking. Long walks on the beach at sunset and molten chocolate cake, duh. 🙂
