An American online marketplace for apartments needed to increase from supporting one Line of Business (LOB) to multiple LOBs which included direct business-to-business relationships from a business-to-customer relationship.

Created a process to help with managing the business to business relationship by working on reporting to identify tasks to complete. Throughout the expansion and growth, we continued to maintained our KPIs.
